Clearing Password Manager Cache

This article explains how to clear your 1Password cache. This can help resolve syncing issues with your Password Manager or may be necessary when following troubleshooting instructions from Support.

Windows:

  • Open the Window's search bar.
  • Type %appdata%
  • Open the mirage-id folder
  • Remove the file: config.json
  • Restart MirageID

Mac:

  • In a finder window type Cmd+Shift+G
  • In the little window that pops up, type ~/.config/op
  • Remove the config file from the resulting folder
